This patient was referred from a self-funded employer with about 2,000 employees. 2 years previous to this surgical need she had undergone a right hip arthroscopy with labral repair. Her result had been excellent, and she needed the other hip scoped and repaired. She requested the same surgeon and facility. The facility was already contracted with Coba Health.
